Cache is located close to a parking lot with no need to
bushwack.
Every day firefighters respond to the call for help, only to
find that they have risk their lives responding to a false alarm. This cache is dedicated to those men and women of the
fire service who risk their lives responding to each and every call for help.
Cache contains fire prevention information and items that
may assist in time of need.
This cache is maintained by firefighters. Please remember to test your smoke alarms. Don't wait until it's too late. Also be sure to stop by the
Newport News Information Center located at exit 250B for
more info about geocaching in and around Newport News Park.
