Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Geocache Description:

"Leave Your Trace"

We are the 1st year Webelo’s from Pack 40 and this is our first cache we have placed. Since we are scouts we thought this was the perfect place to “leave our trace”. We placed this cache in honor of Jack Lowther who contributed a lot to scouting and was very involved in Camp Eastman. The registration building at Camp Eastman is named after him. His daughter who also once was a scout leader is a teacher at our school and she has let us use her classroom for our den meetings for the past 3 years.

We know that scouts are suppose to “Leave no Trace” but for this cache we are looking for more scout memories and therefore asking any scout(new or old), leaders(new or old) or anyone with a scout story that finds this cache to log their favorite scout memory in the log book. Please leave your highest rank or position that you held in scouting and what state you are from. We would like to keep a log of how many of each scouting titles and states log this cache. As the log pages fills up we will remove those pages and create a scouting memory book of them. You may also post (but not required) any scouting pictures to this cache’s entry on geocaching.com to be printed and placed in the memory book as well.

Thanks for your help from the1st year Webelo’s of Pack 40.
Happy Caching!!
