In the vicinity of the cache you will see a Community Hall, NZ Red Cross op shop market, Ambulance station and childrens playground. There is also a notice board with some interesting information about Reporoa. The area seemed deserted when we placed the cache on a Sunday evening, but could be busy at other times of the day, so please be stealthy. Perhaps you could tie your shoelaces or take photos of the garden?
Please note the amenities (public toilets) are not open 24/7, but only during daylight hours: Winter 8am-5pm, Summer 6am-8pm.
The cache itself is a small camoed screwtop container which only contains a log sheet, so bring your own pen.
