This is a cache in tribute to a nefarious character known as the Mad Tree Hanger of NoVAGO. He has been on sabbatical for a few years. He has returned with another one of his devious puzzles. You will have to solve it if you want to get your name on the log and find a code that will help lead you to the Bonus in the NoVAGO TRIBUTES17 Series.
