Geocache Description:

The cache is located an easy ten minute walk from the trailhead and is a small bison tube.

This cache is the third of six caches at the Big Darby Headwaters Nature Preserve.  Placed with the permission of the Nature Conservancy, the cache is a small bison tube with a log only so bring your own pen/pencil.  You also might need a tweezers to remove the log. There is no need go off the deck in order to find the cache.

Access to the preserve is only allowed via the trailhead.  A parking area is located adjacent to the trailhead - N 40° 17.883 W 083° 34.640 

The preserve is open dawn to dusk and pets are not allowed.  The woods can be buggy at times, so you might want to have a repellent handy.
