This cache is in a series of 11 caches hidden along the main trail around Baekryeonsan. To get to this series you can get off at Hongje Station Line # 3 Exit 4. It's highly suggested that you start this series at Baekryeonsan 1 to avoid back tracking.
This is a Letterbox Hybrid, the actual cache is not at the posted coordinates. There are 4 Stages and you must solve the puzzle at each stage to find the actual cache. I suggest that you print this out and bring it with you.
