O-R-I-O-L-E-S Magic! Mystery Cache

This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.  I see there is a lot of new traditional caches in the area, but why no puzzles?  I thought I would add one.  You have to solve the puzzle below to get the real coordinates. 

I had a dream where I was at a bar for current and former Orioles.  On one side of the bar I saw Eddie Watt, JJ Hardy, Miguel Tejada, and Mickey Tettleton.  On the other side I saw Mark Belanger, Melvin Mora, George Bamberger, Mike Mussina, and good old Brooks Robinson.  I sat down and noticed the bartender was Chuck Thompson.  He filled my pint and said, "Sorry kid, I can't help you with the puzzle, but ain't the beer cold?"
