This one is in Fourth Lake Forest preserve
I moved 400 miles south and will not be able to take care of my northern Illinois caches if found in poor condition remove the cache or service it. If you remove it leave a log entry comment so I will know to Archive it

Fourth Lake Forest Preserve is located on Grand Avenue near Lindenhurst. It has oak woodlands, wetlands and sedge meadows, and a scenic kettle marsh area. You can park at N 42 23.628 W 088 01.160 The parking is just past the tower off RT 132.
