Geocache Description:

This cache is a part of the E4 CTC series. It is located directly beside the E4.

The cache location is near the seaside entrance of the Aradena Gorge. Here at the Marmara Beach you can relax before or after a hinking tour through the Aradena Gorge. It is a very silent place without cars and most of the time only a few tourists are visiting this place. The harmony of this area was the reason to place a cache here.

How to find the cache area?
You have several options to reach this place.
1. Coming from the Aradena Bridge and passing the whole Aradena Gorge.
2. Coming on the E4 from Agia Roumeli.
3. Coming from Agios Ioannis via Agios Pavlos and further on the E4 to Marmara Beach.
4. Coming from Livaniana, passing the Aradena Gorge to Marmara Beach.
5. You can start a moderate walk from the parking area. See waypoints.
And there are other options, may be with a boat.

Our terrain level does not include the hike though the Aradena Gorge. If you like to do this it is a 4.5 level.

The Cache:
It is a small one (plastic container) with a logbook, pen and pen sharpener and some items to trade. Have fun here.

If you have the plan to go up through the Aradena Gorge take care to have enough water and time. It is a long walk.
