What: A kayak demo day!
Where: Lake Mills Park, 1301 Tropical Ave. Chuluota Fl.
When: Sunday, 01-21-18, from 9am to 2pm.
Here's the game plan:
I'll bring my 5 kayaks to Lake Mills Park, along with an assortment of paddles and life jackets. Hopefully, other kayakers will also bring a collection of boats. You get to test drive all of them! If you've ever thought about buying a kayak, and wanted to know how different models handle, this is your opportunity. Entrance to the park is free, as is borrowing a bunch of plastic boats. All you need to bring is a sense of adventure! Oh... And maybe a change of clothes and a towel. Kayaking tends to be a fairly damp activity, and dry clothes are always a good thing. Other things which are good to have are long sleeve shirts, hats, sunscreen and water.
