Geocache Description:

The co-ordinates take you to a small monument given to the people of Arbroath in gratitude.....

The date on the monument is September 19AB  

Presented by the CD Polish Field Ambulance  

 

Now walk over to the war monument, modelled on the cenotaph in London and answer some questions there

 

How many colums of names are there on the back of the monument? 

How many colums at each side? G

How many crosses are on the frame around the lists at the side  H

There is a 'swag' on the front of the monument - how many rosettes in total are holding it up? 

 

On a clear day there are views down the coast towards Carnoustie, out to the Bell Rock lighthouse and even over to Fife
