Any authentic – looking ruse/scam e-mail attempting to phool the CO into revealing codes/cyfers or other secret inphormation that may help to phind this cache will be sent to the wpb.
Like fishing, you will need a watercraft to access these caches ;A canoe or kayak would be the best. All can be signed without disembarking, provided geocachers are on a big high (tide. 3.9m + )
An overland attempt should be avoided. It would require machetes, chainsaws, waist high rubber waders and even snow shoes .The result would be a very scratched/wet/muddy and disappointed geocacher and considerable environmental damage.
