Where: Exe Water Sports Club, 62 Haven Road, Exeter EX2 8DP
When: Sunday 4th December between midday and 4pm, turn up for as long as you can
Travel: Pay and display parking is at the listed waypoint. For those who wish to leave their cars at home Exeter St Thomas station is 10 minutes away, Exeter Central is probably twice that. Secure cycle parking is available on site.
Refreshments: The bar will be open serving hot and cold drinks, bring some pennies to spend if you would like a cup of tea, a pint of beer or similar
Geocaches:
At its simplest a geocache consists of a waterproof container, a generic description of the contents and a logbook. Thanks to the generosity of several cachers, sponsors and supporters we have lots of containers waiting to be repurposed as geocaches.
What should I bring:
- Yourself, friends and family too if possible
- A dog lead if you are bringing your dog with you
- Any containers you can make in to geocaches and donate to the cause.
- Cache guardians and/or swapsies
- Logsheets of all sizes (can be downloaded from here)
- Scissors, spray paint, camo tape and anything else you think would come in handy
- Power tools if you fancy getting really creative (used at your own risk)
