This one should be a pretty easy cache to find. What may be more difficult is the approach.
It is in an area of the park where most don't go. It is a nice view to down below, looking at the creek and all. it's too bad with the loud traffic noise.
Make sure to get the other two caches in this park, if you haven't already! :)
