ACAP's Cache Traditional Geocache

The purpose of this cache was to help educate rookie geocachers about what geocaching really is.  By doing research about how to create/hide a cache, we learned more specifically about geoaching.  The location is a place known for inclusion of all people. This cache and its creators mirror the principles of its location.  Please don’t come looking for this cache between 8:30-9:30 AM and 2:30-3:30 PM Monday-Friday and Sunday morning/afternoon.

ACAP is a community focused program for adults of all abilities that partners with organizations throughout Waukesha County.  There is no partnership that we’ve grown closer with over the years than with First United Methodist Church, as we have called this our home for 31 years.  You can rest assured the cache location is accessible.   Also, know that as we educated ourselves on geoaching with this creation, our cache might educate finders on an issue that is close to our hearts.   Hopefully, finding this cache is just the beginning of the journey.  Permission was granted by Dan Schwerin to hide the cache at this location.
