Geocache Description:

A nano container that will provide you with a great view of some Victorian architecture. Maple Brook Pumping Station serves approximately 50,000 people in the area. The pumping station has undergone a programme of refurbishment to ensure its continued capacity to abstract groundwater for delivery to 50,000 people in the area. Originally driven by 2 steam engines in 1911 it was later electrified in 1972.
