Geocache Description:

A Micro cache set above one of the most picturesque beaches in UK and close to the S.W. Coastal Path.

This is a cache to test the more daring and able of you. Located on Asparagus Island, which is joined to Kynance Cove by a small isthmus of sand, the island is only accessible at low tide. Do research the tide timetable beforehand.
There are at least two routes up to the peak of the island, one from its north eastern flank following the noticeable grass footpath and a second from its northern flank but this may mean getting wet.
THIS CACHE IS NOT TO BE ATTEMPTED LIGHTLY AS THE LOCATION HOLDS DANGERS. DO NOT ATTEMPT IN POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS.
The cache is located more or less on the highest part of the island.
It faces back down the grassy slope onto the beach and is totally visible to all.
Unless you are walking the S.W. Coastal Path, I suggest that the nearby National trust car park is the best place to park. (N 49 58.459 W 005 13.496) There is an excellent café above the beach for light lunch and refreshments.
The cache is now a green screw top bottle blank, please replace as found.
Happy and careful hunting!!
