Geocache Description:

This cache was adopted K&F Enterprises to keep it alive. Thanks to woodcarver dan for many of the coords and replacing the first waypoint on 10/7/2011 Also thanks to woodcarver dan, many waypoints have been added to the cache page to help you find the trail to the cache.

This cache is on the top of the Norwich Bluffs. The first stage is match stick container on a white pine that is 10 inches in diameter, and the second stage is a half gallon jug.
When I saw this area on a topo map I figured there must be a cache there. When I found out there wasn't I just had to put one. Getting to the cache is going to be the hardest part of this one. It is possible to climb straight to the cache but I wouldn't suggest this route unless you are ready for a workout.
The other alternative is to start at the trailhead pictured below and follow the trail till you get to the end of the steepest part of the bluff and then go up the more gently sloping backside.

This isn't a cache to bring the kids on as there are VERY steep hills and even a few drop offs. There is an old mine at N 46 39.632 W 89 23.146 that you might like to take a look at if you have a chance, and there are a few mine pits on the back side of the hill. When you find this cache remember to take a camera, especially during color season.
