Scroggs Hill Rd has a nice new tar and chip finish. The dusty days are over. Time to get a few geocaches out here to bring all you good folk to see the great views.
New black micro container with only a log sheet. Bring your own pen. Farm gate parking near by on bothsides of the road. You will need to climb to the top.
