This series of caches dedicated to two groups of people. The
first group is the people at the post office who began using what
we now know as the ZIP code. The second group are the software
designers who gave us all the power to search out geocaches in a
given area by the ZIP code. To these people I give my never ending
thanks.
There are a couple of reasons why this series has this title but
I won't let you know. When you find them let me know why you think
I named them "Top Spots" by sending me an email. I'll let you know
if you are right.
None of the Top Spots caches are large enough to hold a pen at
this time so please be sure to bring your own.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to John Huff of
the Wisconsin DNR in Peshtigo, WI. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin
Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by
means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the
notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it
to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager
information can be obtained at: (visit link)
Congratulations to gotta_run for the First To Find!
