If you were working on Wednesday, you would need a very long lunch hour to get to Coyote Harvey Bear and walk the mile or so to this picnic table location.
Closest parking is near GC1PBNP Mendoza Ranch Secret Trailhead. Please don't try to rush around the switchbacks on Roop Road.
I'll be at the picnic table from noon till 12:30 -- and if the weather is not too hot, I'll be hiking around Mummy Mountain afterwards. Hope you can join in!
P.S. Sorry, alcohol is only permitted in "picnic areas" in Santa Clara County parks, and even though there is a table, I'm sure this does not count as a picnic area. So, probably not a good idea to bring the wine, even if you're not rushing back to work afterwards.
