Geocache Description:

The Triad's first ever GEO-SKATE!

When: Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 5pm
Where: At the posted coordinates - where else?!
What: A meet & greet & SKATE event
Who: Any cacher that would like to attend a different type of event!
Cost: ??? For anyone wanting to skate, admission will be $4 which includes skate rental. For those not skating, admission is FREE!

Since almost all geocaching related events are geared towards the adults, we felt it was time to have one where the adults could have fun and the children could have even MORE FUN!!!

The event is open to ALL area cachers and of course their children and you do NOT have to skate in order to attend. We would like to know how many kids are in your group when you log your will attend.

We will have the skating rink reserved for our just our group from 5pm until 7pm. During this time, folks are encouraged to mingle, SKATE, and enjoy the FREE hotdogs and drinks. After the main event, those skating are welcome to stay for the public skating session from 7pm until 10pm.

Please bring your cameras! We want to see photos of all our area Geocachers on wheels!

Things to expect:
  • Good Fellowship!
  • Travel Bug Trading!
  • Geocoin Discoveries!
  • And probably a few good laughs!

So come on, spend your Saturday night with us!!!
