This cache is an easy find and a good excuse to come to a beautiful mountain lake. Most of the road to the Spar Lake Campground is a paved hard surface, with minimal aggregate surfaces. Access will depend on seasonal road closures. Nice place to camp, hike, fish, boat or just relax.

Follow the signage to Spar Lake Campground. Park at upper end of boat dock near latrine. Be bear aware. Easily accessible cache.
