thebartys: While out doing some maintenance on this series I noticed that some of the rights of way seem to have changed. As such most of the 2nd half of the Woodland Walk will be inaccessible. Thanks to everyone who has found the caches.

A lovely walk of about 4.5miles in and around Markwell Wood. Most cache's are inside the woodland so you can enjoy it's tranquility. There is a short stretch long along a quiet land so keep a close eye in children and dogs. At the parking area you can also do Hampshire's Alphabet Chain - I is for Idsworth and the excellent Hunting with Hubert.
You are looking for a non standard container. A pen and tweezers will be useful for many of the caches. There is no need to stray very far from the paths. This series can get muddy and slippery after rain and would be a challenge to complete with a pushchair. There is the usual selection of stinging nettles and brambles to contend with.
