Griffindog: Well this cache had a really long run. But at long last it was time to shut it down. I stopped by last week to pick up the container which had lost its lid was no longer in it original hiding place?

There were no travel bugs in the container.

Geocache Description:

Downtown Ottawa, along the Rideau Canal. Great cache to go after with the kids.

Please ensure that the lid is put back on securely. This cache gets lots of visits and from time to time the log book needs replacing. Feel free to replace it. thanks.

The cache is a large 5-gallon container. The cache is outside the nearby building. Please don't disturb the employees of the building with questions about the cache. Kids will love this cache location.

The caches contents are related to fire fighting. If possible, try and keep the trades related to the theme.

Also please ensure you place the lid back on the container securly and re-hang it.
