Come and join members of the Whitchurch Wombles, a volunteer litter picking group, in this C.I.T.O. around the old Whitchurch Airfield. The event will be held on Sunday 26th June 2022 from 10:00am to Midday, meeting on the field just in front of Hengrove Skatepark. Parking is available at the adjacent Hengrove Leisure car park (near the cinema).
A similar event was held on 13th March 2022, when 42 bags of litter were collected! Can we fill more this time?!
Litter bags will be provided courtesy of Bristol Waste. We will also provide as many litter grabbing tools as we can, but these may be limited so please bring your own if possible.
