Saturday 18 September 2021 marks the eighteenth year of the Geocaching World Wide Flash Mob Events
To mark the occasion there will be a half hour flash mob held at the above co-ordinates beginning precisely at noon and ending abruptly at 12.30pm. The idea behind a flash mob is that people suddenly assemble out of nowhere, perform some task, and then just as suddenly disperse, leaving passers-by wondering what just happened.

Locals will be aware of the significance of the location to the theme of this Flash Mob - Four Candles (or your own interpretation of the theme). Hence the attribute requesting that you bring your own special equipment, as you see fit. If you wish to dress in character, so much the better!
There is ample parking close by, either in the adjacent multi-storey (free if you are a customer of the adjoining supermarket) or pay-and-display just across the road. Aylesbury is well served by public transport, and the venue is just two minutes walk from the bus station, and four minutes walk from the railway station.
Kids and dogs very welcome, but if you bring small people please be aware there is open deep water not very far away.
There are a number of places of refreshment nearby, if anybody wants to adjourn afterwards for a drink or a bite to eat. The CO can be available following the event by prior arrangement to give help or advise on any of his own caches, but please give advance warning, no later than the day before!
Sadly this year there will be no official Souvenir as in previous years.
