This multi-cache takes the geocacher on the multi-purpose trail that starts behind the Chickasaw Wellness Center and goes 2 ½ miles around the athletic field and industrial area. It is flat, black-top, and edged with foliage making it a very easy and enjoyable walk. Along the pathway you will encounter the pillars of the Character Counts program: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship, ethical values we all try to instill in our children. Note that the flowers and benches are color-coded to match the pillar colors. You may want to include “Expanding Horizons” and “Bridge Over Troubled Water” on your way as they are also located on this trail.
The 4 caches along the route are each micros, and the final is a rectangular plastic container. Take your time and enjoy the walk or bike ride. Watch for muggles as this is a popular recreational trail although it is rarely crowded. Park at N 43 03.438; W 092 19.687.
