Runden er ca 5 km lang fra parkeringplassen og tilbake, starter etter #4 og har variert terreng. Det er godt blåmerket.
Det er mange våte områder på denne runden, så gode turstøvler anbefales uansett årstid.
Noen av cachene ligger et lite stykke fra stien, og cachene er en blanding av PET-rør og større bokser.

This is an addition to the series Aspedammen WT, and this follows the trail called Middagsåsen.
The trail is about 5 km long from the parking and back, it starts after #4, and has varied terrain. It's easy to follow the blue markings.
There's lots of wet areas on this hike, so good hiking boots are recommended all year.
Some of the caches are a bit off the path, and the caches are a mix of PET and larger boxes.
