Recently restored after decades of trusty service, this structure is the last remaining one of its type in the U.S. Easy to drive to if you have a map, but more fun (and exercise!) to walk to from downtown. The walk around the structure also provides a commanding view (bring your camera!).
To log this cache, email me the structure's name, construction date, and restoration date (this info is on a plaque on the structure's northwest face). Please don't attach an image to your log entry, it would spoil the fun of finding the VC.
