This building is HUGE and that is an understatement. The government decided to move a lot of ministries out of the city and this was the result. Land Department, Interior Ministry and Foreign Affairs are but a few of the ministries out there. One of the big ones for foreigners is Immigration. So now there is a cache to find while you are bored out of your mind waiting.
