The terrain is definitely rocky but most cachers should be able to get to this one. Just a small nano, you should be able to find this one!
From my research this is a national historical site. It has a great view of the ocean and it an amazing spot to grab lunch. Food can be purchased up the road and there is a near by bench and seats. NO Danger is required. Please do not go over the railing.
