Geocache Description:

Yes, it's all about the numbers! Sudoku puzzles have become very popular in the last year. Once you start, you may not be able to stop!

When you have solved the puzzle below, you will have a headache and the coordinates leading to a medium size tupperware container in the Elisabeth Luce Moore Nature Preserve in Weston. The preserve is located on Hill Farm Road. Park on the west side of the street opposite the trail head. Look for the Aspetuck Land Trust sign. The coordinates above will take you to the junction of Davis Hill Road and Hill Farm Road. FTF prize is three lottery tickets. At the front of the log book, you will find two clues to help you solve the CACHE-ASTROPHE cache. Good luck! SOLVING DIRECTIONS: To solve the puzzle below (which is the easiest of three levels) place a number in each box so that each row across, each column down, and each small 9-box square within the larger diagram (there are nine of these) will contain every number from 1 through 9. No number may appear more than once in any row, column, or smaller 9-box square. Working with the numbers already given as a guide, complete each with the missing numbers that will lead to the correct solution. CORRECT COORDINATES: The letters along the top and the numbers along the side are not a part of the puzzle. They are there for you to enter the correct numbers below for the coordinates to the final, i.e. A6=7, G1=4.
