Geocache Description:

Christ Church, New Malden is a large and busy church standing at the centre of the evangelical tradition in the Church of England.
Around 750 people currently attend Christ Church regularly on Sundays including some 250 children.

The church building was first established in 1866 when the Duke of Cambridge gave the land for a church to be built for the rapidly expanding population of New Malden. As the town has grown, the church building and halls have seen successive extensions and modifications. The most recent of these was the building of a lounge and kitchen on the side of the church building in 1981 and then the complete refurbishment of the interior of the church building in 2007.

Cache is a 35mm canister and is located just along the road from the church.

If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
