I went to school to be an architectural designer and work for a home builder and love designing home floor plans... and I was sitting there thinking of a cache puzzle to put out and thought... I can make a floor plan into a puzzle.
Revised this one as I have had a lot of people message me with a "DNF" and needed a hint
Very simple to solve, just use the letters to plug into the coordinates below and you will have the correct coordinates to find this cache!! Do you remember your basic math?
