The AFM Jeffreys Bay / Humansdorp exists since 1978 when services were started in Humansdorp.
On Sunday, 13 August 1989, a meeting of the congregation was held in connection with a new church building at 4 Dolly Varden street, C-Place, Jeffreys  Bay.
The construction was done by NJO Du Plessis and part of the building was consecrated at the beginning of 1990 while Past. J Scott was part of the congregation. Currantly Pastor Riaan Gouws is leading the congregation since 1 December 2014.

Die AGS van Jeffreysbaai / Humansdorp bestaan sedert 1978 toe daar in Humansdorp met dienste begin is.

Op Sondag 13 Augustus 1989, het n vergadering ivm die Gemeente se beoogde nuwe kerkgebou in Jeffreysbaai te Dolly Vardenstraat 4, C- Plek, plaasgevind. Die bouwerk is onderneem deur NJO du Plessis en die geboue is gedeeltelik in gebruik geneem in 1990 terwyl Past J Scott die Gemeente gelei het.
Tans is Past. Riaan Gouws sedert 1 Des 2014 aan die Gemeente verbonde.
