Polar Plunge event at Belews Lake.
Time: 2-3pm
We will have a drone taking footage of this event this year. If you will remember we were all very surprised to see a drone at our event in 2015. It should provide some interesting views.
Once again I have had several request already to have the Polar Plunge at Belews Lake. We have done this every year and it just keeps getting better. This year, we will be taking the plunge at 2pm to account for those who might need to sleep in for whatever reason....
We will have hot chocolate available for everyone. Thanks to all those brave souls that will be jumping this year. I hear the lake is colder than it has ever been at this point of the year. And the Farmer Almanac predicts that it will be a much colder year air temperature wise too. For those that jump, we will have male and female heated changing tent.
All you need to bring is yourself, a towel and a great attitude. We always have fun. The feeling after you jump is incredible. You feel like all the pores of your skin have been cleansed and refreshed.
