Voor deze cache doe je een wandeling van ongeveer 2,7km in en rond het bos.
This cache takes you for a walk of about 2,7km in and around the forest.
Deze multicache voert u langsheen het legendarische Boshuisje door een stukje van het Zoerselbos. Dit natuurreservaat is een prachtig natuurgebied van meer dan 400 hectaren, dat onvermoede wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden biedt en een bonte afwisseling toont van bossen, beemden en velden. Zeldzame fauna en flora wachten op ontdekking, in een gebied dat het decor vormde voor de Loteling, een weerwolf en de bende van het Zoerselbos uit de boeken van Hendrik Conscience. In het boshuisje hoorde Hendrik Conscience het verhaal van de Loteling en besloot er een roman over te schrijven.
Gelieve steeds op de paden te blijven en honden aan de leiband te houden. Respecteer de regels van dit natuurreservaat. Enkel voor de cache verlaat u enkele meters het pad. De cache is verstopt op een plaats waar geocachers het natuurleven niet storen.
Opgepast voor muggles gedurende de weekends. Dan zijn er dikwijls veel wandelaars in de buurt. Gelieve voorzichtig te loggen.
This multicache takes you along the legendary Boshuisje (forest house) through a smal part of the Zoerselbos. This nature reserve is a beautiful forest area of more than 400 hectares, that offers unsuspected walk and bike possibilities and shows a colorful variety of forests, meadows and fields. Rare fauna and flora are waiting for discovery, in an area that was the decor of the Loteling, a werewulf and the gang of the Zoerselbos in the books of Hendrik Conscience. In the forest house, Hendrik Conscience heard the story of the Loteling and decided to write a novel on the story.
Please stay on the paths and keep dogs on the line. Respect the rules of this nature reserve. Only for the cache, you leave the path for a few meters. The cache is hidden on a place where geocachers don't disturb the wildlife.
Beware of muggles during weekends. It can be full of hikers in the neighborhood. Make your log with care.
