Pirates of Chapel Grove Cemetery Traditional Geocache

As with any Cemetery Cache this is a Day Light only Cache, with no Night Caching. This is a small active old cemetery, show respect to all visitors and permanent residents. The coordinates maybe a little jumpy because of the tree cover, it was averaged from 10 reading. See the hint for additional clues.

Legion has it that when early settlers started moving into Southeast Kansas, Pirates would raid them and steal money, gold, silver and anything of value. Indian encampments were also raided and robbed.  Their loot grew quite large, and the Pirates were never caught.

When the Civil War broke out, the raids abruptly stopped.  Rumors surfaced the Pirates Treasure  was placed in the Chapel Grove Cemetery, nested deep in what is now rural Bourbon County.  Many have tried to find the Pirates Treasure without success.
