An Urban Macro cache. Stealth is not required, the ammo can is bolted down and locked. The challenge isn't to find the box, it is to figure out how to get it open.
Cache is within 200 feet of the posted Coordinates. Go to the coordinates and if the Lumberjack deems you worthy perhaps he will show you something useful "under the Bar". Then go to the Lumberjack himself and there is the cache in plain sight. Hidden with permission of the business. Too large to fit in a closet, so it's not.
