The cache is not at the coordinates listed. It is located within Whitney State Forest southwest of Warrenton.
The true coordinates are N 38° 40.___ W 077° 48.___. To find the missing numbers, read the following story and it should be easy with the hint.:
"Jonny looked at the woods and then at the cheap compass in his hand. Just an hour ago he handed over three dollars to the lady behind the counter. He had left the store, pocketed the seven cents in change, and examined his new purchase. He held it steady. The needle bounced and bounced until finally settling down to point north. Now here he was at the forest, looking at the compass needle bounce and settle. Not a lot of detail to the compass rose. Oh well. That was the last of his money. Just enough hopefully to find the treasure. He looked up and stared into the dark forest. If the compass served him well he’d have plenty of time to find the hidden treasure on this cold winter day. He looked at his watch. It was only five after three. Jonny looked again at the compass needle as he stepped towards the oak domain and watched the needle jiggle and swerve. It was going to be slow going."
When you find the cache, you will see there is a cipher wheel inside which will give you the coordinates to a bonus cache much farther into the forest. The coordinates are N 38 40.ZMC W 077 48.OFW

This is a bonus cache not a stage 2, so feel free to only find the Wire cache, and log your find.
PLEASE NOTE: On 9/3/12 I looked for the bonus cache, Tin, and could not locate it. I also checked on Wire and that was where it should be. One other thing: in Wire, there is a note for a second bonus cache. That bonus cache is also gone. At this point, please only search for Wire.
