Geocache Description:

In my travels, I have cross the US from coast to coast multiple times. On my most recent trip, we stopped here to take pictures, stretch our legs, and just imagine what it would have been like traveling on the old highway. Figuring this would have been an awesome spot for a cache, I fired up my geocaching app, and... THERE IS NO CACHE HERE!!!

Well this is what this cache is about. I was fortunate to be one of the select few to place new virtuals, so why not do it somewhere that should have one.

This cache is not hard to find, so if you get lost finding it, you may need to find a new hobby. This virtual is located in Adrian, TX, at the midpoint of the former & famous Route 66. There are seven necessities that must be answered in order for this to be a fully completed find:

1) Click on the "message owner" link up top, title your message "Route 66 - The Midpoint," and send the answers to the following questions:

2) List the order of the Route 66 signs from left to right, as you are facing the cafe.

3) How many miles is it from this point to either end?

4) What is the name of the establishment to the left of the cafe?

5) What is the name of the establishment to the right of the cafe?

6) Next to the large Route 66 Midpoint sign is a set signs on a tall, vertical pole. Who sponsored this sign?

7) Optional but encouraged: please post a picture of yourself or team at the location.
