Geocache Description:

This is #1 of 20 caches that make up the “Bridge over Troubled Water” series. They are all located on the walking/biking path along side Lakeview Pkwy. over Lake Ray Hubbard. The containers are all log only so bring your own pen.

All of the caches are accessible from within the walking path. Do not park on the side of the road to attempt these caches. The caches are spaced out slightly over .10 miles apart which means you will have a little over a 2 mile walk one way but there are no thorns or p.i., just a scenic walk over the lake.

All of this series caches are named after songs from the album “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Simon and Garfunkel. Therefore we leave you with the lyrics to “El Condor Pasa” (If I Could).

I'd rather be a sparrow than a snail.
Yes I would.
If I could,
I surely would.
I'd rather be a hammer than a nail.
Yes I would.
If I only could,
I surely would.
