[ENG] Alsu limekiln is an impressive technical historical monument (built 1906-1908) Limestone at this site derived from 16th century. In the the thirties of 20th century up to limekiln has been deducted powerline from Kegums and electric chair lift. Kiln was not hurt during the Second World War and after the war it resumed operations and has worked up to the nineties of 20th century.
To reach the cache you will need climb up the stairs, almost to the top. A special equipment is not necessary, but remember - safety first. If this seems unacceptable to you, don’t do it. And remember Alsu lime kiln is located on private land and is a historical monument, therefore don’t wreck it.
