This spot needed a cache just by the looks of it. It's in a nice neighborhood and enough free parking to accomodate a fast grab. There's a scatcher inside or $3 for the FTF to get into Lacy park to get Lacy "B" if you want. Cachers seem to be a "fare" lot so I'll leave it up to you what ya' wanna' do. The area is wide open but quite public so you won't get "bus-ted" for loitering.
