Ever won a old-school pub meat raffle?
This is my 13th hide. It'll be unlucky for all but one of you!
The posted Co-ordinates are fake!
This cache is inspired by the good old fashioned meat raffle that happens in a lot of country pubs each week. It's a great way for a pub to raise funds - often for a charity - and a great excuse for a BBQ with your mates the next day!
The cache and the rules:
You must solve the following 'Pub Trivia' style questions in order to find the real Co-ordinates of the cache. They're purposefully difficult for 2 reasons. A) I don't want this to be too easy! B) You're probably going to be working them out at home, and Google's only a click away - so I'm trying to make them hard to search for.
Once you've solved the questions, go to the cache and take a ticket. If you wish to enter the raffle, you MUST write your name and ticket number in the log, and write your name on the ticket stub, and include the ticket number in your online log. Take your ticket. ONLY ONE TICKET PER GEOCACHING.COM ACCOUNT.
You're welcome to just log the cache without entering the raffle, but who could turn down free meat?
The cacher who is FTF gets the extra bonus of being allowed to take 5 tickets. Yay for you!
Once 50 tickets have been taken, I will check the logs and tickets. Then I will use a random number generator to draw a ticket number and the winner will receive a meat platter! If you're not local, it's OK - a phone call to you local butcher will fix that!
Please tell your friends about this cache. The sooner it hits 50, the quicker you get your chance at a meat platter!
