The underpass at this corner sees a lot of traffic - pedestrians, cyclists, joggers, snowmobilers, winter commuters and more! Therefore, beware of muggles as it may take you a few minutes to access this cache (not quite a park and grab though parking is closeby on the corner).
This container is extremely snug in place. The best option might just be to open it, sign log, and replace it inside the container without removing the container. Tweezers recommended and please make sure the log is still accessible when replacing. The main challenge at this location is probably just getting to the container.
Depending on the snowfall, this cache is probably winter accessible. The snow will not accumulate too much in this location.
