Come to this beautiful park on Boston's Rose Kennedy Greenway, enjoy an abstract Sculpture and Labyrinth and find a geocache!

This Geocache is hidden near the Armenian Heritage Park, a beautiful park (with a labyrinth fountain and dodecahedron sculpture/reflecting pool) on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston. The 17-acre Greenway was opened in 2008, on land occupied by a former elevated highway (now underground beneath the park). Throughout the mile-long Greenway, you'll find gardens, plazas, fountains, public art, and 450 free events every year, going through Chinatown, the Financial District, the Waterfront, and the North End. There is a lot of exploring to do around Boston! More info on rosekennedygreenway.org.

This cache is hidden in a park dedicated to the immigration experience, meant to celebrate immigrant experiences and contributions made to American life and culture by all (Art, Science, Service, Commerce, as etched around the Labyrinth Circle). As the plaque in the park reads,

"Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts have offered hope and refuge for immigrants seeking refuge to begin new lives. This park is a gift to the people of the Commonwealth and the City of Boston from the Armenian-American community of Massachusetts. This sculpture is offered in honor of the one and a half million victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915-1923. May it stand in remembrance of all genocides that have followed, and celebrate the diversity of the communities that have re-formed in the safety of these shores."

As you walk around the park, you'll also notice little gold plaques, remembering specific immigrants and acknowledging donors to the park. Enjoy this area/The Greenway and good luck caching!
