This is going to be a great one for the Stealthy.

You will need to be very incognito. Please be very careful as to not be seen. This cache is in a VERY BUSY area. It is full of Muggles and is also The BEST Restaurant in Kokomo.
Make sure you stop by for dinner if you get the chance.
