So, how do you know when your almonds are ripe?
1
Examine the almonds on the tree to see whether the hull is starting to split. The hull will crack open and show the shell of the almond inside.
2
Keep watering the tree during the time when the hulls are splitting. They will stop maturing if they don't get enough water.
3
Harvest the almonds when at least 75 percent of the hulls have split. Harvesting is done by shaking the tree.
This year I collected 27110351 Ripe Almonds.
